Nanny W/ Special Needs Experience Needed (Brooklyn Family) 2-3 Days A Week W/ Potential To Increase

We have two energetic & sweet boys 8 and 5 who love music, chicken and FRUIT! Our oldest son is an emerging artist who loves to draw. Our youngest is mostly non-verbal (mild ASD spectrum) is super playful and loves to give hugs and sing songs. We would love to work with someone who's patient, kind and nurturing to our boys. Someone who understands and has experience with kids with special needs/language based challenges. Someone who understands that our youngest may get frustrated because he doesn't have the language yet to fully articulate his needs/wants. Also, a person who loves to engage kids with fun activities and outdoor play instead of just letting them play on the tablet or watch tv. We're still working on toilet training with our youngest as well. Thanks!
