My son is 2 years old and autistic, he's full of energy and sometimes he just needs to run around to get that energy out. He loves listening to Gummy bear song as well as watching The gummy bear show, Bluey, Elmo, and pingu. He loves to play catch, painting, drawing and anything with flashing lights. His favorite snacks : chips, cookies, sweet potato and loves to eat ramen soup (chicken flavor) he does have a food sensory disorder as well but he will try new foods if you introduce him to it. (No allergies) other than that hes a big ball of energy!! So you must be full of energy yourself
