Our kids love really good food, playdates and going to birthday parties. They need very active help with homework, play date coordination, and getting safely to activities. We are looking for someone who is really patient and kind, will assist in fostering our kids' social development and friendships, and will give us lots of updates through pictures/videos and active communication. We want someone passionate about making a positive impact in our kids lives. We also need someone who is very organized and enthusiastic about running multiple schedules. A bonus (but not a requirement) would be willingness to travel when the occasion arises. We practice loving gentle parenting and don't believe in punishments or harshness of any kind.
