About the job
We are a Christian family looking for a caring, reliable individual who shares our values to help care for our three children (one on the autism spectrum), with a fourth child on the way. Mom is at home and youll assist with childcare, light housekeeping, meal prep, and educational activities. Position is 30 hours/week, MondayFriday (126 p.m. or 17pm; exact times flexible), with benefits and vacation. Duties include transporting kids to activities, supporting learning goals (especially speech therapy and life skills for our autistic son), and helping on field trips. Candidates should have reliable transportation, early childhood development experience, excellent communication, and a positive attitude.
