The caregiver would need to have experience with infant care and a baby that drinks breast milk. I would want someone who would stimulate my child's mind and help her develop and grow while my husband and I are at work. My husband and I are retail managers so our schedules may vary at times. We will need someone who can work two days out of the week, between 8 and 10 hours a day. Weekends would not be a regular request but may be occasional in the future. We would be able to give you a minimum of 2 weeks notice for the two days we would need you to work.
