I have 2 kids. My daughter is 13 years old and all she needs food cooked and reminders with doing homework, getting ready for bed, etc. She is pretty much independent and can assist with Mason. My son is 3 years old and has autism. He doesn't eat many foods but meal prep is still necessary. He needs to be supervised at all times. He gets into everything if he knows he's not being watched. Our ideal day looks like, breakfast, learning time, TV break, lunch, nap, evening play with his sister, dinner, bath, bedtime tv, bedtime story then sleep.
