About the job
My husband and I are both health care workers with long working hours (8-12-16hr shifts). Our schedule may vary and change, just need someone to hold the kids between us or just let us rest. Would probably not need more than 6-8hrs a day covered but will be great if flexible to stay a little later or come on a different day.
