LOCATION: Bronx, NY (not local to the subway or trains) DAYS/TIMES: Saturday and/or Sunday 11:30am - 7pm RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist 13 year old girl with Rhett Syndrome with all activities of daily living including simple meal prep and feeding lunch/snacks/dinner, toileting/diapering, bathing, dressing, reading, taking her outside for walks and activities in the community, and light housekeeping pertaining to the days care. IDEAL CANDIDATE: Has 3+ years of experience caring for someone with disabilities, is strong, dependable, reliable, friendly, kind, patient and has a genuine heart and passion for caring for people with special needs. First Aid and CPR trained is a bonus and someone available long-term is preferred. Pay is on the books.
