Consistent Care Giver Needed!

We are looking for someone who can provide a structured, yet flexible environment that allows our kids to be immersed in exploratory learning. We don't believe in fostering punitive methods that punish, but restorative methods that heal. School work comes first and everything else follows. Learning can happen in all kinds of ways and should be enjoyable. Wellness begins with nutrition and should be taken seriously, but exceptions are allowed from time to time. The kids love to play and have a great time with games. They love to read and enjoy family movies and cartoons. Due to our busy schedules, we could use help with pickup from daycare/school, meal prep and light housework. We are looking for someone who can partner with us to bring appropriate skills to help with early childhood development, has the ability to tutor and help with middle school homework and can take the initiative to bring innovative ways to connect with our kids. We have parking and there is a bus line that travels to our home. No pets
