I leave for work at 2:30, and need someone to stay with my son till his father comes home around 4:15-4:45 Only reason scheduling will change is if we are off for some odd reason, or extra days if we are mandated to go in extra days. (If cannot do extra days, we will find other care). My son will most likely be napping and just need a diaper/snack when he wakes up. if for some reason he does not nap he can just play!
