Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Bay Shore.

Hi I'm looking for a babysitter for my 2-year-old daughter while I work but here is the thing. I work for my school district and my hours vary as I'm a substitute so I don't have set schedule and wont know till the morning if I have to go in and the start time can be anywhere from 7:30-9 a.m. Latest time I'm off is 3:30. If I start 8:30 or later its just my 2-year-old that needs care. If I start before 8 I have a 5-year-old that needs to be woken up, given breakfast and dressed and taken to the bus stop and put on her bus safely. I'm a single mom to three girls but my oldest attends middle school and leaves early. I don't have an army to depend on and would appreciate someone who will interact with my baby whose very talkative and advanced for her age. In my home preferred, CPR certified is a plus. Someone flexible due to my hours and reliable.
