Childcare/Nanny For 1 Child In Ballston

Hi! I am looking to find a babysitter for my 14-month-old son. My husband and I are interested in creating a local relationship with someone who can watch him. Ideally, this person would be available on a semi-regular basis, as my husband travels for work. Additionally, we would be looking for occasional date-night care. While my husband's job requires some travel, I will be returning from maternity leave as a teacher this Fall. Most of our needs would be in the afternoon/evening. For the right person, we are open to making your schedule fit ours.
