My baby would be around 17 months old. She does not breastfeed or take any bottle to sleep. She goes to bed around 10/1030 p.m. She plays a lot during the day, no screen time, we haven't given her any sugar, she does not have any screen time. Usually we play a lot during the day, we have some musical instruments at home and we play together. She eats before taking a bath. We ready some of her books and voila, she is sleeping.
