Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 8:00pm for the typical schedule. This position will include occasional travel, overnights and flexibility to stay later on some evenings.
Compensation: $35-40ph paid through payroll and guaranteed hours.
Benefits: Benefits include paid vacation, personal/sick days, federal holidays paid and off. Vehicle provided for on-duty hours but candidate needs to have a personal vehicle for commuting.
Start Date: As soon as the right candidate is found. This is a long term position.

This role requires a hands-on approach to household management, handling everything from tidying up and doing laundry to keeping an eye on household maintenance needs. You'll manage errands, keep the pantry and fridge fresh, coordinate with service providers, and take charge of tasks like organizing holiday decorations or researching contractors. The family wants someone who has a natural eye for detail and can identify what needs to be done without being micromanaged. Occasional meal prep, managing groceries, directing the housecleaners, and taking care of small projects are all part of the job. This family appreciates someone who takes pride in their work and truly enjoys helping the home function at its best.
This is a role for someone who enjoys wearing many hats. While the position is primarily focused on household management, about 10% involves assisting with their toddler during dinner and bedtime routines. Therefore, experience with young children is essential. The family is looking for a candidate who is eager to grow with them over the years to become a valued and integral part of their daily life. Requirements:
Professional experience as a house manager or family assistant.
Comfortable working with dogs.
Ability to travel with advance notice.
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for commuting.
Minimum 3 years professional childcare experience, including with toddlers.
High School Diploma or GED
