Looking for a part-time caregiver for our Teen family member with high functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder in Ardsley. Part-time Monday-Thursday from 2:15 p.m. approximately 6 p.m. Seeking an after-school helper to work with our son (a very sweet teen with "high functioning" ASD) who is a freshman in high school. We'd like someone to pick him up from school 2:12 some days; (2:52 p.m. other days), help with homework (mostly Social Studies and some Math), and make a simple dinner for him and his 16-year-old brother (who does not need other care). On Tuesdays, he needs to be driven to and from music therapy, so applicants need to have a good driving record and their own vehicle in good condition. Rate of pay negotiable. We need someone who would be willing to be paid a combination of cash and on the books via OPWDD com hab.
