Nanny In Ardsley 33hrs/wk

Older brother is 4 years old, goes to preschool full time (til 2:30) and is very smart and sweet and interested in many STEAM topics. Loves the sandbox, listening to stories, and doing workbooks. He has ADHD and sometimes struggles to use his words to express his feelings. Little brother is 2 years old and goes to daycare part time (Tues/thurs) is loving books, music and learning how to build his train tracks. Very talkative and active with his trucks. Monday / Wednesday / Fridays would look like ... - dropping off older brother at school - taking little brother to the library or playground - then home for lunch and nap - Light house work while he sleeps like folding kids laundry or loading the dishwasher. - Older brother comes home at 2:30 by bus, play with him with little brother sleeps. - Little brother wakes up at 4 p.m. for a bit of playtime before dinner. On Tuesday and Thursday little brother goes to daycare, on those days you'd collect older brother from the bus and bring him to pick up little brother around 4 p.m. Experience with children with ADHD is preferred. The ideal nanny would be patient, calm, and playful. Use positive reinforcement and not dwell on the negatives. We are centrally located in Ardsley along Ashford with parking in front. No pets.
