My child is very active. Possible autism or adhd. We are waiting on evaluations. He may need speech and OT. He wakes up around 615 a.m. Breakfast at 630 a.m. then morning structured play. He does not do well when given unstructured time. Snack at 1030 a.m. Lunch at 12 p.m. After lunch He goes down for a nap/ quiet time in his room. Then at 3 p.m. he is up for the afternoon. Use the bathroom and snack time. He loves dinosaurs.
