My 1-month-old baby girl suffers from acid reflux and needs constant attention when I'm not home. She is on a strict feeding schedule, requiring me to feed her upright and burp her every half ounce. After feeding, she needs to be held upright for 30 minutes to an hour. My job also is as a caregiver in Delmar allows me to work only three days a week, and my employer is very understanding of my situation.
