About the job
I am currently on leave from my job and my husband works nights. We own a home in South Colonie and are looking for part time/occasional help with a 5-month-old and 8-year-old for the summer, maybe longer with opportunity for long term care of younger child in the future. We are seeking caring, experienced, empathetic individual. Role would likely include any of the following: playing with/watching the baby while I clean, nap, or spend time with older child, occasionally supervising/playing with 8 y. o. in pool or doing outdoor activities, or light housekeeping/meal prep. With comfort and strong infant care skills could expand to date-nights. We have a small friendly dog. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, a strong swimmer, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified, if possible.
