After School Care For A Autistic Teenage Boy

We are looking for a sitter for our 16-year-old high functioning autistic son. It will start with after school pickup and care Tuesday-Thursday, with some Mondays and Fridays, with notice. Eventually, if things work out I would like to add some mornings before school, that could be as needed, or more of a schedule. I am open to separate people for mornings and afternoons. My big concern is consistency in those helping us. My husband is a teacher and I travel for work. When I am not traveling I am working from my home office. Our son attends a private school for high functioning autistic students. The job would require after school transportation and care, and possible transportation to therapy. Our situation is a bit unique. I am flexible and easy going. We just really need help. I am happy to discuss what this might look like.
