Part-time Babysitter Needed For 3 Kids

We have 3 kids ages 1, 3 and 5, my eldest is a girl and the younger two are boys, whom need a babysitter a few times a week while myself and their father are working. Both boys are currently still in diapers, potty training my eldest son has proven difficult but is being worked on. They are very independent and good at keeping themselves entertained. They love coloring, playing outside, pretend play amongst themselves and their toys and just watching tv sometimes, they eat like grown men and are as sweet as can be most of the time, they love new people but can be shy. They like to test boundaries a lot and need firm redirection frequently. Trying to get them to clean up after themselves has been our biggest challenge so far and is a constant work in progress.
