About the job
My son is 16 months old and he has been in daycare since he was 4 months. We just moved to Reno last September when he was 10 mo. Before the move he was in a smaller in home daycare. Now he is in a large daycare facility and we are not happy with it. He is constantly coming home with scrapes or bruises and he has been perpetually sick. Which is why we are looking into a nanny instead. His normal day is wake around 7, breakfast, get ready for daycare and out the door about 8:30. At daycare they have curriculum throughout the day including outside time, painting, and afternoon nap. Pick up is usually around 4:30 ish. Dinner at home at 5:30 with play time before and after. Then we wind down for bed starting at 7:30. We would need a nanny to help during the day between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. 4-5 days/wk (M-F).
