My child requires someone who is active as she is very active herself. She has been having a lot of flare ups with her eczema so we would also like someone who is very patient with babies who are irritated easily and/or sleep about 2 hours. Our daughter doesnt sleep long hours which is what we are working on but anyone who is patient, compassionate and loving would be great.
