Nanny Needed For My Children In Reno.

My sister and I are looking for a Nanny to watch my daughter (currently 6 months) and her son (currently 4 months) for when we go back to work. We both work from home and will be alternating between our houses which are both in northwest Reno. We are looking for care Mon-Thur from 8-4. We would like some one who will assist in both hitting milestones and is comfortable spending time outside everyday. During down time helping around the house with baby things is a plus but not a requirement. Both babies are/will be doing baby led weaning so the care giver must be comfortable with doing meal time. My daughter is breastfed with formula supplementing and my sisters son is breastfeed. Both babies take a bottle with no issues. Once we have a nanny that works for our families we are looking to keep them on for at least 2 years.
