Part Time Nanny For 1 Child In Reno

I'm looking for a great nanny for 1 infant. Childcare will begin when he is 3 months old. Childcare for the infant includes regular feeding, naps, diaper changes, and basic activities with little to no screen time. We also have a 115lb friendly dog who makes friends with anyone who is willing to make friends. Dog care includes making sure his water bowl is full and he is let out into the backyard as he pleases (he needs little effort). My schedule is a regular 10-hour shift during the week. My husband has a regularly irregular work schedule. Basically, he works a revolving schedule and we will need child care on alternating days Monday-Wednesday. There is potential for extra days throughout the week as my husband can also be gone 2 weeks at a time. Regularly scheduled days can be scheduled out for a year.
