Nanny Needed For My Children In Reno.

We are seeking a nanny who can vary their schedule to accommodate our work schedules, I think a nanny for my family only would work best will have greater than 12 weeks off a year. I am a doctor so the needs range from 3 days a week to 7 days with weekends, some early mornings some late nights slightly unpredictable hours from 6:30 am- sometimes as late as 8:00 p.m. I will compensate accordingly, I know this a huge ask, and Im happy to make an actual contract that can involve paid time off etc, Im looking for a permanent nanny situation. Looking for someone to start in May 2025 baby will be 3 months old, we will do one month together of daily care, before I start back to full time work at the middle of June. Preference for Christ followers, being that this is a Christ centered home and baby care will reflect this.
