My husband and I need a babysitter/nanny for our 6-month-old son 4 days a week for about 5-7 hours each day in our home. I work full time from home, but I cant care for my son and work at the same time. The ideal caregiver would spend time reading and playing with him and engaging with him. We do not want screens or tv time games or activities only. They would put him down for naps and would change his diapers and feed him when I cant. I am breastfeeding him and would do that as my schedule allows.
