Location: Reno, Nevada with travel Salary: $120,000-$140,000 per year. Relocation Assistance Available. Schedule: ROTA. 7 days on (24/7 during on week) 7 off, with a few hours of assistance during the off week (~4). Description: We are seeking a long-term, education-focused Nanny/Family Assistant to care for three wonderful children (one toddler and two in elementary school). This role requires a unique candidate who can balance childcare with family assistant duties, ensuring the household runs smoothly. The family travels frequently, particularly to California, so being travel-ready is essential. We're looking for a flexible, proactive individual who leads a healthy lifestyle, and has a passion for nurturing children and supporting a busy family. The right nanny should be a great communicator, take direction well, and adapt quickly to last-minute changes. Skills: - Excellent communication with attention to detail - Highly organized - Ability to take direction easily - Maintains privacy and confidentiality - Strong time management skills - Flexibility and adaptability are critical-must accommodate last-minute changes with ease - Strong swimmer Personality: - Team player with no ego - Willing to help wherever needed - Positive, service-oriented attitude - Patient and calm under pressure - Can enforce discipline and model good manners for the children - Adaptive and flexible to family's way of doing things, embraces a nontoxic lifestyle Family Management/Household Duties: - Assist mom with various tasks - Organizing - Run errands and order groceries - Travel planning and packing for family trips - Track household supplies and children's needs (clothing, school supplies) - Meal prep and cooking, with a focus on healthy, pescatarian meals - Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, cleaning the kitchen, etc Childcare Duties: - Maintain children's daily routines as set by mom - Teaching and reinforcing good manners - Supporting the children with their homework and instrument practice - Provide attentive, hands-on care for the toddler, always ensuring upmost safety - Promote active and healthy lifestyles, encouraging outdoor play - Planning daily educational activities based on the parent's goals - Assist with pickups/drop offs Requirements: - Clean driving record - CPR & First Aid certified - Ability to cook and follow healthy recipes (pescatarian meals, limited sugar, dairy, gluten) - Valid passport and willingness to travel - Montessori experience or willingness to learn
