Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Las Vegas

We're looking for a patient and experienced caregiver for our 1-year-old twins. This is currently an ON-CALL position with at least a few days' notice, but there is potential for a more consistent schedule with the right candidate. Shifts are typically 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. , though we can be a bit flexible. I work from home and need support with the kids while I attend meetings and complete work tasks. My mother can assist if absolutely necessary, but she's struggling to keep up. We also have a cat who isn't very social.
