My 5-month-old needs care from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. throughout the week. She is fussy during nap time. I need someone that understands her needs. She is currently on formula and we have slowly introduced her to solids. She likes to be carried around a lot and she does cry often when she is set down. She can be quite the handful at times but she is such a happy baby. My sister and her baby will also be home throughout the week, so I ask that you are comfortable around them as well.
