Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Las Vegas

We're seeking a patient and experienced individual to care for our two 1-year-old twins. The role requires flexible but consistent days (we'll work with you, but prefer Mon, Tues, Wed & Fri), with a maximum of 4 hours daily, between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. I work from home and need support with the kids while I attend meetings and complete work tasks. My mother is available if absolutely necessary, but she's struggling to keep up as the babies become more mobile. We also have a cat who is not very social.
