Part Time Nanny Needed In Las Vegas

Hello! Looking for a part time nanny (long term potentially) for my 1-year-old son. I also have another in the way (very early) but for now just my boy! He is super sweet and smart and silly. Loves playing with his toys and we limit on screen time! I would love some help a few times a week just to be able to catch up on work and maybe some house chores if time allows. I am looking for a nanny mostly to care and watch him but if any education is involved for his development, that is a huge plus. I would prefer a bilingual nanny as we are a bilingual household (not a must, but a huuuuge bonus!). Also laundry and errands and meal prep are not needed but a huge super cool bonus too. I would be at home in my office while nanny is there while I catch up on some work stuffs!
