Our 5-month-old is a sweet and mellow baby. We try to follow a specific plan with the baby. Of course it doesn't always work! But we do make sure shes always within her wake windows. Ideal schedule would be, nap from 12/12:30-1:30/2:00. Feedings around 1:30 p.m.
