The ideal candidate is warm, reliable, and skilled in child development, with experience or a willingness to learn Montessori and RIE methods. Strong communication skills are essential to keep us informed. We value Christian faith and are looking for someone who shares our values to integrate them into our childs upbringing. Additional duties include meal prep, cooking, and light housekeeping.
