About the job
I have two daughters that I will need occasional help with. My husband works about 70 hours a week, leaving me alone to do most of the child/home care. My 3-year-old is very energetic and loves to have someone to play with, or do crafts with her. (She also has celiac disease so no: wheat, rye, barely, or malt.) My 18-month-old is nervous around new people, but loves to play. They are used to being home most of the time, with occasional outings for play dates and errands. Im looking for someone to come be with them so I can get some alone time and run errands alone. I'd also occasionally need someone to be with them so I can take a nap, as my children don't sleep well. My husband's schedule varies from week to week, so I would need someone with a flexible schedule.
