Nanny Needed For My Children

We are looking for a nanny to help 3 days a week, potentially from 8 a.m. to- 3 p.m. (Willing to vary times). We are also comfortable committing to a guaranteed amount of hours per week after discussions with the candidate. Our daughter will be 4 months old. Both my husband and I work remotely and will be in the home but would respect your boundaries and not want to overstep during work hours. Would love to have lunches with her during the workday. Will communicate anytime we have work travel or vacation planned, and structure guaranteed work hours. Looking for someone who is comfortable around dogs, loves to snuggle a baby, and is relaxed enough to stay in our home for most of the day with baby while we work and entertain her. Tummy time, music, daily walks, structured naps.
