My granddaughter was born deaf and has autism. She needs to be watched at all times. She can't feed herself alone and is not fully potty trained. We just need someone to come in some help with her and understand her. She likes going to the park and loves swimming. She likes playing with her toys and she likes to eat certain food. There are times she can be difficult to deal with thats why we need someone that has patience with a special needs child and someone we can trust
