About the job
We're looking for someone to help with our almost 4-year-old in the afternoons (12:30 pickup from preschool until 5 - 6pm). We're willing to offer part time (just the 4-year-old in afternoons) or full time hours. If full time is best for you, we would ask you to care for our 6-month-old full day, then afternoon would be both kiddos. We have three boys under 4 (the middle is in full day daycare) so we would also ask that you flex to help us out if kiddos are home sick. Important things for our family: 1. you are kind, firm, and consistent with the kids 2. you are willing and able to manage toddler behaviors 3. you are on time, consistent, and reliable 4. you communicate with us directly and in a timely manner 5. you take the boys outside to get their energy out Let us know if this sounds like something you'd be interested in!
