Seeking Part-time / Flexible / Care For Infant With Guaranteed Weekly Hours

Hi there, we are looking to hire a part-time nanny to help us look after our 3-month-old son. Ideal candidate can commit to working with us every weekend and some weeknights. I would love to guarantee a fixed number of hours worked/paid each month, to ensure you have job security and we have care flexibility, knowing the actual hours will fluctuate based on need and our travel schedule.
