Upcoming Nanny Position

I'm looking to find a nanny for my 2 toddlers, ages 2 & 3. I will be returning to work approximately April-May. I will be changing shifts for the 1st 6 months every 8 weeks. Then my schedule will be steady. I can work days, swings, or graves. My shifts are 10 hours for 4 days a week. I have a dedicated playroom with attached bathroom. And I am willing to have the sitter/nanny bring their child as a convenience for us both. Also, for overnight shifts I have a private spare bed and bath available for your use. I would need the nanny to prepare meals and snacks, assist with potty training, bed/nap time, and bathing- according to which ever schedule I am on. I am always willing to make accommodations to make both of our situations work. And I know the schedule is difficult for the next 6 months. So, is you are willing to work only one part of this I am aware that I will likely have to use multiple people to make it work for a while. But I am hoping to have a primary person for consistency for my kids. Thank you for your time.
