Recurring Sitter Needed For 8 Month Old

We are looking for a new recurring sitter for our 8-month-old baby boy. To start, we need help during the first two weeks of December and the last two weeks of January. After that it will become more steady but we are hoping to connect with someone in a long term arrangement that is capable of being a little flexible. We prefer a sitter at our house only at this time and we have a large German Shepherd that will be on site. He needs no care but will be present and may beg for pets. Our son is being introduced to solids but we prepare most of his food, no cooking will be necessary besides slightly warming up something in a microwave.
