Babysitter/nanny Full Time

I will be looking into someone in two weeks. Approximately 8 hours a day. My daughter is 20 months and son is 3 years old. He goes to school, but needs to be picked up at 12. Then they both nap around 12. 30-1 till about 2. 30-3. And my husband gets home at 3. 45. I offer $15-16/hour. No cooking or cleaning needed. I know it's a bit low, but we can afford more at this time, otherwise I will be working in minus. ( I finally went back into work force after 3, 5 years). We are very kind and truthful people. Kids are handful as any children, but they are healthy and very smart. 215/stephanie area
