Warm, Nurturing Part Time Babysitter For 2 Toddlers

We are seeking a warm, caring, and responsible babysitter who loves creating joyful experiences for our boys, ages 3. 5 and 1. 5. The ideal candidate enjoys planning enriching, play-based activities that foster creativity and development in a gentle, child-led manner. We emphasize a play-based and nature-focused approach, with activities like outdoor exploration, sensory play, gardening, and more. The right person is patient, kind, and creates a peaceful, stimulating environment for toddlers to thrive. They will organize activities that inspire curiosity and imagination, incorporate nature into play, and assist with basic care like diaper changes. Experience with Montessori, Waldorf, or Reggio Emilia is a plus but not required. We need someone for 2-3 hours, twice a week. Days and times are flexible as mom works from home.
