Our baby needs someone patient, caring, and kind who has experience with autistic children, meltdowns, and big energy. Seeking a woman, preferably middle aged, with previous experience in educating as we will need tutoring for her. Must be able to handle high level stress such as emotional meltdowns. Must be quick on your toes, level headed, kind, but stern as our 4-year-old is very smart and understands her power as an individual. Our baby has some dietary limitations so must be able to work with dietary guidelines.
