We are the Pb+J Collective and we help families to find the Nanny who is the peanut butter to their jelly! We are currently looking for experienced Nannies who are looking for Full-time, long-term and short term positions. Most of our positions are in the Reno area, but we do also serve the Tahoe and surrounding areas well! We are looking for candidates who are warm, engaging, nurturing, responsible, , reliable, loving, fun, creative, and energetic, to come join our team of Nannies! We have over 102 nannies that currently work through our agency, and have built a great reputation with families in our community! We are former Nannies ourselves, with over 15 years of experience. We truly understand what it means to advocate for you! At Pb+J Collective we believe in really being a support to our Nannies, and help both sides equally in this process. We are proud APNA and INA members and follow industry standards. A fun-loving and growing family is seeking a long-term, experienced Nanny to join their team! They currently have a 5-year-old daughter who adores animals and art projects, and they are excitedly expecting a baby in June. Both parents are actively involved and are looking for a supportive and collaborative Nanny who can grow with them for years to come. This family values good food, travel, and quality time together. They frequently visit San Diego and hope to find a Nanny open to occasional travel (all accommodations covered). Responsibilities Childcare Support- Be a teammate to Mom, providing care for both children. Newborn Care- Bottle feeding, diaper changes, building routines, supporting developmental milestones, swaddling, nap schedules, and daily tracking. Transportation- School drop-off/pick-up and extracurricular activities for the 5-year-old. Engaging Play- Create fun, age-appropriate activities for both children. Light Meal Prep- Prepare meals for children optional but appreciated to cook for the whole family. Light Housekeeping: Load/unload dishwasher. Wash/sanitize bottles. Keep the nursery and children's bedrooms tidy and organized. Tidy play areas as needed. Children's laundry. Vacuuming as needed. Travel: Accompany the family on trips, as needed. Desired Qualifications: Local to Tahoe (willing to consider candidates who need to commute). Career Nanny with years of infant and toddler experience, passionate about long-term caregiving. Bilingual (Spanish or French is a plus!). Flexible with hours and open to adjustments with notice. Reliable vehicle capable of driving in snowy conditions. Experience with newborns, infants, and toddlers. Playful and enthusiastic approach to childcare. Comfortable with all current vaccinations, including COVID, flu, and Tdap. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly rate. Legal payroll (W-2). Paid time off (PTO) and sick days. Guaranteed hours. Commute stipend for candidates outside the Tahoe area. All travel accommodations fully paid for.
