About the job
Our son is a 15-year-old autistic kid who has varying degrees of support needs. He absolutely loves playing video games and would love someone who shares in that interest. He also loves a good dinner movie night. We are currently looking for someone who can provide care on the weekends (probably every other weekend to start) to let us have a break and date night in a way that makes us all feel comfortable. We live out in the mountains and our son just doesnt feel safe staying home alone yet and just isn't ready for that step. He would need help making dinner, getting a reminder to take his meds, and keep an eye on time to keep to his night time routine (this is really important in an autism household).
