Temporary, Part-time Nanny Needed For 7-month Old

We are looking for someone 3 days/week until our daughter (C) starts daycare in October. We both work from home and need someone 24 hours/week (flexible which days) May-September. From September 12 until October we will need someone full-time (M-F, 9-5 or 8-4). Driving and a vehicle aren't necessary, but may be nice for the caregiver to get out with the baby. Beyond caring for our daughter, we need someone willing to get to know our dog. Our dog does not require any care, but can be hesitant around strangers at first. Someone willing to give her some treats and get to know her a bit at first is a must. We are two moms and an LGBTQ friendly person is also a must. Our child does not require any specific care, but she is quite active and likes to play most of the day. She doesn't nap much and we are working on improving her naps.
