Part Time Nanny For A Homeschool Family With Four Young Kids

We are a Christian homeschool family. We are involved in and interested in animal agriculture and music. We spend a lot of time outside and playing games. My oldest loves crafts and reading. My second loves all things trucks, cars, and Legos. My third just wants to do whatever the others are doing but loves to be outside. At this time of day, the nanny will be responsible primarily for lunch, nap time, and after nap time activities. All supplies will be provided. There may be time when direction on schoolwork is necessary. We are looking for someone who is kind, energetic, and disciplined. She should provide structure and routine to our kid's days and be willing to spend a good portion of her day outside. We have one blue heeler who is timid and protective but warms easily once she knows you. We also have chickens.
