Looking For Help With My Infant In The Day And After School Pick Up For My Other 3!

I am looking for someone to watch my infant son when I am working. My mom works from home and usually watches him but is coming into tax season and needs to focus on her job as well. I am also hoping to extend my hours just a little bit in the afternoon and would like for you to be able to pick up my kids from school at 2:45 and bring them back to her house. At this point, they can be given a snack and do their homework/read. Every other Monday two of the older kids have an appointment downtown they would need to be taken to as well. The only light housekeeping tasks would be tidying up after snacks or play time.
