About the job
Hello! We are a two mom family with a toddler (19mo as of May 2025) and a 1-month-old (born in March 2025). Our current nanny is sadly leaving and we are looking for M-F morning support. Mainly this will be focused on our toddler with some help with our baby as well. We work from home so we are usually around the house but I'll be off for a while with the baby. Looking for someone to speak primarily Spanish with our sons. My wife is a native speaker and we're trying to keep this up for our kids. We'd love someone active and creative who will take our toddler (with our car) on outings to Explora, library storytime, the zoo, the playgrounds, etc. as well as chill days at home. Routine is to fix and feed breakfast/cleanup, play at home or go on an outing, come home and put down for a nap by noon. Things will shift to include baby more as he gets a bit older. We'd love someone who can help us work on developing our toddler's skills with language, getting dressed, potty training, gross and fine motor skills, letters/colors, etc. as time goes on. He's a bright, happy and social guy, with his occasional toddler moments. :) We're pretty laid back and respectful with anyone working with us.
